1. Wet Your Skin Thoroughly
Use warm (not hot) water to open pores and prep skin for cleansing.
2. Apply a Small Amount
Dispense a coin-sized amount onto a loofah, washcloth, or hands.
Tip: Natural gels may produce a lighter lather than sulfate-based ones—this is normal!
3. Gently Massage Onto Skin
Use circular motions to cleanse, focusing on areas prone to sweat/oil (armpits, back, feet).
Avoid harsh scrubbing if you have sensitive or dry skin.
4. Rinse Completely
Wash off with lukewarm water to prevent stripping natural oils.
5. Pat Dry & Moisturize
After showering, pat skin dry (don’t rub) and apply a natural body oil or EARTH lotion to lock in moisture
