First: Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, and in our commitment to public health and safety standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been shipped or received, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect. Such cases are subject to management discretion after a formal review.

Any damaged or defective product must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receipt via email.

You must attach clear photos of the product and the condition of the packaging.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return request if it is found that the product has been used, opened, or stored improperly.

Second: Exchange Policy

We do not provide an exchange service for products.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

If you wish to change products before they are shipped, you must cancel the order according to the cancellation terms below and then place a new order.

Third: Order Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled and fully refunded only if the cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of the order confirmation time.

After this period, the order enters the processing or shipping phase and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Fourth: Delivery Failures

In the event that order delivery fails after reaching the maximum number of attempts allowed by the shipping company:

The order will be automatically returned to us.

Only the value of the products will be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are operational costs already paid to the shipping company for the delivery attempts.

This process is handled automatically, and the customer will be notified when the refund is processed.

Fifth: Customer Responsibility

The customer is committed to the following:

Entering correct and complete information when placing the order.

Responding to the shipping company in a timely manner.

Receiving the order within the specified shipping period.

Note: In the event that incorrect data is entered leading to delivery failure, the company bears the responsibility for any additional shipping fees as per the stated policy.
