Shipping is fulfilled entirely by Hashtag Express services. Shipping is estimated to take any days all over Egypt given that you provided all the requested information correctly and in full, and that your contact methods are reachable so that Hashtag Express can contact you prior to deliver.
You may experience delays in delivery if:
- You are non-responsive or unreachable by the courier;
- You provide incorrect or incomplete details;
- You confirm with the courier a different address when they contact you than the one originally provided
EARTH cosmetic is not responsible for the delivery and handling of any shipping services. EARTH cosmetic is also not responsible of bearing the cost of delivery in the case that the courier company reaches the maximum attempts to reach you, all of which fail, and they automatically return your order to us.
