1- Prep Your Skin: Use on damp skin after showering (pores are open) or on dry skin for deeper exfoliation. Avoid broken or sensitive areas.
2- Scoop & Warm: Take a small handful of scrub and rub between palms to activate natural oils in the mixture.
3- Massage Gently: Apply in circular motions, focusing on rough areas (elbows, knees, heels, cellulite-prone zones). Use light pressure—avoid over-scrubbing.
4- Rinse Thoroughly: Wash off with lukewarm water. Pat skin dry; avoid rubbing to prevent irritation.
5- Lock in Moisture: Follow with a natural body oil or EARTH lotion to maximize hydration.
6- Frequency: Use 2-3 times weekly for best results. Reduce to once weekly if skin feels sensitive.
