1- Apply to clean, dry underarms. For best results, rinse or wash the area and pat dry completely before application.
2- Avoid using immediately after shaving (wait 15–30 minutes to prevent irritation).
3- Swipe 2–3 times with the deodorant stick or rub a pea-sized amount of cream between your palms and massage into skin.
4- Use less than conventional deodorant—natural formulas are concentrated!
5- Allow 1–2 minutes to dry before dressing to prevent residue on clothes.
6- Reapply midday if necessary, especially after heavy activity or sweating.
